I don't know about that... I think I'm pretty bad at drawing hands actually.. 
But the key is to look in the mirror and see how the hand goes, that's the way I learned it.

I saw the thumbnail and I was like 'wooah, awesome!'
Lights on the hair and gloves are pretty cool, though the lips should be a bit wider, but it works out for him.
Btw I might've given you the wrong link for Hetalia, this is at least the right one, first comic is on the bottom.
