Why does the quality go down at certain spots? Other than that great job.

im just speaking from my personal experience, but i think its a mix of ,insperation and lack of practice. not just for this artist but for, every one.

It's to draw your attention to the focal points, clearly I have'nt gotten the hang of it yet...

I would think that putting it in shadow would work better, or a fog, so there's a reason why the quality goes down, and then give some shine or something to the focal points. Still, not baggin', good job.

I actually like the look of that, IMO I love how concepts like this have that style cause it makes it look more unique to me
