Im not saying this as a snide comment but is this an "evolved" rendition of an alien created in the show "face off" ?

It totally is, I did it for a class project after watching that alien makeup episode. I tried to mix up the design but it's pretty similar to the original.

What a great show that was, im glad someone out there appreciated the complexity and creativity of practical FX. Not even the thing prequel had makeup more impressive that what those contestants made! Anyways this is a great rendition of that alien
