OH MY GOD FINALLY! Idk why this piece took me sooo long to finish, somehow my motivation just died in the middle of doing it. But I do love how it turned out!!!

This is my entry for the Akkadorian birthday event's first part: the desert :3 I really wanted to do the other two as well, but this took me so long, idk if I even have any more time for the rest :/ I hope it is considered as proper entry, because the theme is desert at daytime aaaand technically the sun is up here, right? ^^' But I loved the sky so much, so so much, I just couldn't not use it. (Pls forgive me, I am weak.)

So Tonfall has decided to take a long trip to the Ancient city of Akkad, following the Akkadorian history. The journey is difficult and long and the desert, well is not the nicest place ever. But nothing can stop this Moon-born steed :3 Just a quick check of how much he needs to cover to get out of the desert, but he has to face with reality: the desert's end is far-far away yet.

This was also a fun challenge to me, because I usually neglect my backgrounds so much, it's a crime. Now I spent some more time with it, painted on it a bit here or there - not as mush as MostlyHorseManips does, but they definitely inspire me to push my boundaries a bit
