Rahcelius again.Rahcelius's looks on this is based on Jennadelle's interpretation of him back when I commissioned her a few months back.
Making this into a playmat soon.
Drawn in OpenCanvas, then touched up a bit on Photoshop.
I might clean and improve this piece later on.
