Newer version of Rahcelius.For things changed...
His tail has adopted the oriental style, but can separate into many small "wings".
The other wings on his body do not support flight when separated(he is able to fly without them anyway). They can, though, join together in the middle of his back to create a pair of large wings that can boost flight. This is rare, as there is usually little reason for him to do so.
Sketched in pencil, then colored in Photoshop. Not much shading is done, but I think it came out alright regardless.
Rahcelius is mine, and may not be used.
