Description
My favorite of Yu-gi-oh's Dragon Rulers, customized into my favorite pokemon.Did a doodle in the back cause the background looked so bare.
Took about 5-6 hours, painted with acrylics and some sharpie markers.
The Tempest-Rayquaza is up for auction right now, and will end on July 19th.
