YOU GUYS ARE CORRECT, IT'S NOT DEVIANTPORN!....
In my time here, I have seen more stamps that are complaining about how much so called "porn" dA has than any real porn. Sure, there is erotica, ecchi for animu fans, and there are pinups and nudes, but this is not porn.
I have yet to see any sex, masturbation, cum or anything like that. Am I the only one? I seriously have the mature filter turned off and come on the front page all of the time and see nothing remotely pornographic on dA.
Just because it's nude, doesn't mean it's porn. Just because it's erotic, doesn't mean it's porn either. It takes two to porn, or perhaps just one person and their hand.
Also, penis and vag camshots, they're distasteful. I hate them too. But they still aren't porn.
I'm also not denying that some things don't slip through the cracks, but seriously guys, there are more "Get the porn off of dA" stamps than there is porn on dA, if there's any true porn on here at all.

Porn =/= sex.
Porn = any nude image aimed specifically to excite or arouse the person viewing it.
Nude art = TASTEFUL nudity.
Nude art =/= A nude girl licking a popsicle while making eyes in the direction of the viewer.
That's my opinion anyways. For we are we not all entitled to our own?

No, no. Nude models are beautiful and very artistic, but the shot of some horney guys dick while he's sitting in his computer chair IS 'porn' and it's not art.

I BEG to differ. I've seen so much goddamn pornographic content here that it's ridiculous. I suppose you must not see it because you don't habituate the front page, but those of us who spend a lot of time here DO see it. There's a huge difference between porn and artistic nude, and yes I agree that there are a lot of people who need to learn that, but that doesn't mean that there isn't porn here. (Not only that, but it usually gets reported and taken down immediately).

I DO find masturbation/intercourse and porn in general all the time. But I report it and it's removed within 24 hours. Usually less. So it is strange you haven't seen it but I AM a front-page lurker.

I lurk the front page tons too, but I don't see it... or at least not unless someone links it to me. It seems kind of rare though, and most of it gets removed. I could have said it was rare or that people are over exaggerating, but that wouldn't have had as nice of a ring to it. XD

I agree, but sometimes erotica, ecchi and nudes can be porn. (I'm not saying it actually is.) It's how the art is interpreted, if it causes arousal it's porn (but only to whoever is aroused), it doesn't necessarily need to be explicit. But that's just my opinion.

I agree with your stamp ... but most people who complain about porn on dA refer to the tasteles, and porn is the way most people describe it.
Porn is also not sex and masterbation, it's a graphic that is there to encourage sexual excitement ... so in most cases on dA where the point of the photo is not totally of the art pose, it can be classified as porn (although many things have the possibility to encite sexual excitement). Porn can be very beautiful, photos of intimate sexual moments can be very beautiful ... but a grainy genital shot or a subject spread apart is tasteless smut 95% of the time

I agree that the cam shots are better left off...but I honestly don't see much of them just surfing around... the only ones I've seen are the ones people draw attention to with their complaining. But according to the dA rules, they are not classified as porn, though I suppose what the definition of porn is is in the eye of the beholder and I won't argue with yours. You do have a point, but (and I must double check this) I believe dA's rules define porn as sexual /acts/ or high implications of them. They also do not allow any fluid to be shown in drawings or photos. If porn something is arousing or meant to be arousing then a lot of clothed pictures could fall under the guise of porn, and I'm sure they do to some people. But it wouldn't be fair to the artist to delete them because of that.
Anyway, my stamp isn't really about what is porn or not, because even if you slice it as "graphic and arousing" there still isn't that much of it and it's not in the majority. If these people who keep making stamps, news and journals about nudes and erotica within the rules being porn (by dA's definition), they need to turn their mature filters on or report things when they're out of line. I appreciate the efforts to keep dA clean and within the rules, I really do. I don't want dA to be a sex site, don't get me wrong. But one or two stamps is enough. I see "DA IS FULL OF PORN" stamps just as often as I see "Justin Bieber sucks" and "Vampires Shouldn't Sparkle" stamps... And since I have to refresh dA's front page 20 times to get something that matches your definition, I felt like making 1 stamp that said otherwise wouldn't hurt. C=

Your dA rules is right ... I know the porn rules pretty well.
As I said ... there are many things that many people do find sexually arousing (going right down to necrophelia and other) ... maybe what you could do to narrow it is to take what the average person would deem arousing. I am not the average person either so don't ask me ... been directed to a few shots that are sexually expicit and I find great artistry rather than arousal.
As for the mature content filter ... many of them enjoy the nude subject but are offended when grainy genitals or spread individuals are shown on their front page. Personally I give up on these people and I don't even visit the nude gallery anymore, I have my set of photographers I watch and if by chance I see something arty on the front page I will check the artist out. There are companies that have blocked dA because staff use it as a porn hub and there have been people have told me they use dA to surch porn, it's all there

I have not, and if they are on there they're against the rules and should be reported. As I said I'm sure some do slip through the cracks, but people would be better off hitting the report button instead of making the 9000th stamp claiming dA is a porn site.

I support nudes an erotica because I believe it /can/ be a valid art form. That doesn't mean cam shots are art, or that everyone can pull it off, but if it's tasteful, sexy and not overly graphic (IE: Actual sex) I have no problem with it being on dA. If people don't like it they can turn on the mature filter.
