Cotton Clouds are little fairies that form from the clouds. After they are created, they either stay in the clouds or flutter around to find a new home c:

About:
-About the size of a hand
-Clothes are made up of the clouds. Very fluffy and light
-Some have ears/tails, some don't
-All of them can fly, but the ones with wings are faster
-Capes give them more stability when they flutter around. But some do not like wearing capes because the capes slow down their movement.
