"Binbag" Nigel is a mysterious man who wanders some of the most squalid places of Nevada. He roam around his territory, mostly comprised of the local dump site and a part of the city sewer system located under it, but he isn't against going directly into the city to scavenge for supplies. Nobody really know who he was before and why he choosed to live in the middle of trashes, but nobody really cares about that nowadays because he is a serious threat to whoever dare walk inside his kingdom. Walking alone in the dump site is pretty much like asking to get your throat sliced but even being in a group doesn't prevent "Binbag" from attacking you. The locals had asked the AAHW and the Sheriff for help but after multiples squad of 1337 agents tasked with eliminating him never came back, they decided that getting rid of him wasn't worth the trouble. After that incident, he at least had the decency to add warning signs at the borderline of his territory. It is said that, in the deepest part of his territory, "Binbag" stashed hundreds of valuable objects he found, but there is no evidence to the veracity of this story.
"Binbag" prefers attacking lone target, using his trash bag costume to camouflage himself before attacking the loner by surprise. In case of multiple target, he will try to pick them out one by one. If his first surprise attack didn't worked, he will switch to a "hit and run" tactic, striking the enemies whenever they less except it and leaving them no time to rest, leaping out of nowhere before retreating and, thanks to his knowledge of the field, showing up somewhere else in no time. In fight, "Binbag" is an agile fighter who only use melee weapon, which he most of the time made himself like shivs made out of long jagged piece of rusted steel or shorter one made out of glass, but he isn't against using iron pipe to smash some heads. He often wield a weapon in each hands and his trash bag costume give him little to no armor but compensate with is agility, leaping and rolling out of the way of bullets before slashing at his opponent and jumping away from a possible counterattack. It's worth noting that he also filled his living place with makeshift traps and use them and his environnement at his advantage.
