ohh I make a new layer (put it underneath your lineart layer)

then, I use the magic wand tool and select the area you want to color (use the magic wand on the lineart layer) Then, I click on the layer that's NOT the lineart one then, (make sure the selection is still there) and color with the pen tool (:
