It's a beautiful piece based off a beautiful song. A win win!
I especially enjoyed how you connected the two by the shoulder to show that they are part of one entity and their faces. Their sinister yet coy demeanors oozed out of this piece, adding to the creepiness and villainy here. How you can take lines and shapes and turn them into something amazing is beyond me but great, nonetheless.
The only thing I am not keen on in your artwork is the typeface. I found it a bit hard to read in some parts, and that is never a good thing, especially with song lyrics. There are plenty of fancy fonts are readable; you just need to do some searching to find some.
Despite this hiccup, I loved your artwork. As a Voltaire fan, I felt every bit of emotion I felt in the song as in the piece here, an amazing thing. The colors and drawing style is perfect here, the emotion is apparent, but typeface could be an area of improvement. Other than that, a great job!

Haha, Bioshock is just the first thing that came to mind for me. I think this would be, as I said, a good poster for a retro futuristic setting (i.e., something inΒ a setting that is similar to, say, what they pictured 2010 would be like back in the 40's and 50's). It's the overall vibe that pins it to me. Either way this is nicely done.

Awesome. I love the style you drew the characters in! My only comment is that the text is a bit difficult to read (the description helps though). But otherwise a cool illustration!
