Hey! John Taylor Johnston was this really cool innovative guy; he was president of the NJ Central Railroad, and helped the founding of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City by donating most of his paintings and tons of money; he was elected the first president of the Met Museum for all his hard work. He also did a lot for the Boston Museum of Art as well. There's some quote by him saying something like he considered putting money into art and artists just as important as paying his butcher's bill...cool guy.
