Description Another one that some of you may have seen before. Cleaned up a lot of the little flaws that were driving me nuts. Thanks to Pandora Stock [link] for the photo.

Very very well done. The realism is phenomenal. I just would like to point out the inside of the nose. Do you have a way to bring depth back to that part of the face. It seems like the inside part of the nose we are seeing was flattened by canvas. I wouldn't know these things as I'm more of a viewer but thanks. It's so real in every other way that I just keep staring.

Thanks for the feedback. I definitely agree with the inner nose looking flat. This was one of my much earlier works. I think I have made improvements to my techniques and get am getting better depth on things like this now. I probably should go back to some of my older work and give it a face lift one of these days.

Great job on the snout.

That's quite neat... Did you use the clone tool to get the skin texture on the snout? And the ear looks great!

Actually, most of it was formed with the liquify filter. Then a lot of the healing brush to bring the textureback to life.

Healing bush goooood. I love the clone tool, but you always seem to get edges. So lots of times I'll use the clone to fill in a changed spot to equilize the color and then the healing brush to even things back out.

Aw man, I need to take a class or something. This program has too many options. That's a cool tool. How do I miss these things? I think I was stuck on 5.5 too long. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.

actually I think you chose the right tool... the healing brush is much smoother..the patch tool tends to get choppy in spots, and weird to blend properly..but ,alas, it is one of my most used i luff it... but since this, I must admit, I hve been using the healing bursh ALOT lately because of this picture
