Description Kind of a simple idea, but a bit more challenging than I originally expected. All in all pretty happy with it. Tried to mess with the skin color, but after an hour of trying to ballance the wet dress with everything I walked away.

Thank you to for the wonderful picture.

It reminds me of the Ribs that protrude out of the backs of Xenomorphs... And she's become one!

If anyone was to say 'Oh My Back Hurts' then they ought to be glad they they aren't in her condition!

I love the subtle look of the picture, you really get into the picture when you see her back fin pushing itself
out.
I had the same idea too, when I saw the gown, she is getting married.

Thank you very much. The idea did kind of just write itself.

That's amazing work on the fin. I wish there was more going on, though.

I really did try to do more, but everything I came up with just made it look cluttered. The dress and the hair made it a bit complicated. I really wish I had been able to work hands, that would have made me happy. Thanks for the feedback.

Looks great with such a subtle change, though.

Yeah, we'll classify that as a dorsal fin. I think that's where I was going with that.

oh, wow. This is great. It works the whole idea that seeing less is more impacting than seeing everything. "Less is more", in a way.

Great work. I think this would make a great sequence. Showing the beginning of the transformation to the end like this: [link]

Maybe not quite that elaborate, but I think you've got the idea. Great work! ^_^ By the way, what marine animal is she turning into exactly?

You know, there are a couple more pictures from that photo shoot, that might not be such a bad idea. Oh, and Gryf's Orca TF, that is with no doubt one of my all time favorites. And for me to love a TF that focus' on a guy is saying quite a lot.

But I agree, I tried to add a couple things to this and had to very quickly walk away from them. It became cluttered, unballanced and lost it punch very quickly.

Thank you always for your feedback.

you're welcome! ^_^ I'm looking foreward to seeing the rest of it.

Yay! Another person familiar with Gryf! Do you know about Kemono Inukai? I think he's the one who started the whole, "latex suit" thing among TF artists. He's really good in my opinion. If you haven't seen him, check out his website at [link]

Kemono is a god! I prefer his earlier works. Thant antelope suit is just the most incredible pic ever. Most of the time that's my wallpaper. Here's an off the wall one, ever seen Alice in Rubberland, aka Rob [link]

I've heard of this guy, but I don't think I've seen his stuff... I'll check him out. Thanks for the suggestion! I love finding new artists that I can leave big puddles of drool all over their artwork when I look at it. Thanks alot! ^_^

You don't remember sitting in a tub wearing a wedding dress? Now that's funny. I think that occasion would stick in my head. But then again, I guess if I ever put on a wedding dress it would be hard for me to forget. Thanks again for the great stock.

No we remember the shoot, just not that specific photo. I think that day we took 1500 photos! And we kept near 1300 of those! LOL, alot were taken in different places, probably why I don't remember

Good grief! Ok, in that case I can forgive forgetting one photo I suppose. But I'm glad you go through that kind of pain for us.

maybe you could have tried to do something with the feet?

Very subtle, but I did. Wish the photo went a little further, would have liked to have done more there.

what did you do with the feet? and this looks great

Thank you much. Didn't do much with the feet, just eliminated the toes and widened them slightly. Just the beginnings of flippers I guess.

ah. well i didn't notice.
so.....
did she tell her betrothed about her condition?

modman38 In reply to silenthilljunkie [2006-09-04 20:19:05 +0000 UTC]

That's what I like about you, you're always looking for the story behind the picture. It's people like you that force me to stay creative. My mindset was very much that he is very unaware of the condition. Wish she had met me first, I would have taken her either way.

ah thank you.
my mind is constantly going, the gears always turning.
keeps me up at night sometimes.
but comments like yours makes me feel good about it.
i'd have taken her too.
