One of my favorite characters out of the Tenchi Muyo series and anime in general.

Pacifically, I like her incarnation from the Tenchi Universe series. It's been awhile since the I watch the show, but I could remember her character arc coming to full circle. She started off as a trouble making space pirate and transformed into a bad ass gal that you wanted Tenchi to go for.

Plus she seemed very restrained. Here me out, In the OVAs and series, Ryoko is literally the most powerful woman on the show, in fact, the entire world. She could easily demolish a city in a second but instead she flirt with a high school boy in a strange intergalactic love triangle. And when she does use her powers, they're usually for phasing through walls or teleporting or using that beam saber.
