Yeah, I guess it's just super mainstream to draw characters in such a skinny build in Japan; mostly because of the size of majority of the people in Japan. Not saying that's a bad thing at all, though.
Even though I prefer chubbier girls, I still love this from an artistic point of view. Never be afraid to come out of your comfort-zone so you can create even more cool stuff like this, please c:!!

I've been practicing anatomy yes but its not that good yet orz. I dont mind thin girls but really tahts not how regular woman look like. the body type differencs in anime are only the boobs and height really and that bothers me. She is definetly a size zero and thats not what should be a beauty standart. i respect it as a person but not from the artist that make it a beauty standart.

Im sorry i never meant to offend someone. I just wanted ro express my thoughts of her clearly underweight Design. In general this is a problem bc in anime this image tends to be idolized and the only variety in body types are boobs. Orz.

Well, yes, the design is thin and unrealistic. But you can express that without poking fun at a very legitimate disorder. It's like making fun of alcoholism or addiction.
