Thalric, even as a pup, displayed a rare affinity for shadow manipulation, a revered skill among his kin.
As he grew, so did his prowess, and with it, a restlessness that the dense woods could no longer contain. On the eve of his sixteenth summer, Thalric encountered a wandering mage who spoke of the great Archive of Altharion, a trove of lost knowledge and forbidden sorcery.
