The girl is still a bit of a departure from your old, bright, hyper-MOE style, but she is cool and elegant. I take it you want to focus on more "keren" stuff now. ^__^
I'm also not a big fan of some of the brush blending, specifically on her neckerchief or the cloudy background -- it definitely looks less like natural brush strokes and more like circular pixel layers. Not sure if this was a design decision, or if it was SAI's fault, but a bit more blending could enhance the watercolour feel.
On the other hand, I guess it also gives it a hard edge that compliments her "coolness". -v-
