This character is from GTA:San Andreas. I have no idea who she is, but she was already sort of vectored in the magazine i scanned it from, i just made it look much better (i hope!)Took about 2 hours in PhotoImpact 7.
Stock photo from [link] was used for shapes of palm trees and shrubbery. (SHRUBBERY!)

erm - apart from maybe a slight change in skin tone (from the picture i hold in my hand, it may be that the picture u used had that skin tone, as the copy i have is printed out) from the original, what did u change? as far as i can tell, it is identicle. it could even be just a straight copy with a different background. i mean, if u actually did completely redraw it, i guess thats a compliment since u can get so close to the original, but apart from the different background its hard to see any changes.

I didn't change a thing. That was the point, i was trying to keep it as close to the original as possible to practice the style, with the bold outlines etc.
