my mother never liked these because in germany these are the flowers that are planted at the gravesite

Hmmm I really like them they have pretty faces but i can understand why she wouldn't i don't like geraniums for probably the same reason

really......I didnt know they were a cemetery flower. In germany the gravesite is out of marbel. The headstone and the bed ( I guess thats what you call it) and long the sides are flower beds and there they grow flowers that come up each year. So the whole thing is raised off the ground and the grounds around the whole place is very small pebbles. Kind of care free.
