Cynder because she has some sweet elements, (and no I will not be naming the skylander cynder's )
Fear: that will make Jake see what he fears most right before him, leaving him open for an attack. And her fear missiles can hit its mark
Poison: that will melt his scales and face off, enough said
wind: can keep him at a distance, or suck him into a tornado
Shadow: she can strike from anywhere plus her shadow claws that come forth when she appears could do some damage plus her shadow breath,black fire, I think it is, can cause some serious damage.

If he flies faster then he could avoid some of her attacks but Cynder has better combat training since she was general of Malefor's army for 7-8 years before she was freed

It would be difficult for Jake to defeat Cynder cause she did come back from the dead

I don't think this is a fair fight.
There is no way Jake Long can compete with Cynder. She was brought up to be a killing machine, where as Jake Long sort of doesn't have that level of combat training. While Jake Long may be slightly bigger than Cynder - which posses may a challenge in itself - she has already shown to have taken down even bigger targets.
This death battle wouldn't take long to end. Cynder can manipulate the wind to herself an advantage in the air and her ability to manipulate shadow will allow her the edge on the ground too. The moment she makes contact with Jake Long, he will be inundated by her melted prowess. This means poison will no doubt overcome Jake Long from within and with Fear blasts in the mix, he won't be able to gain the upper hand before he is dead.
You need someone else with multiple abilities too for a better match up for Cynder.
I sorry Jake Long, fire won't be enough; just ask Ignitus.
