True to her namesake, she has bright golden eyes that are large set on her face. Due to her Scottish Fold heritage, she has ears that occasionally fold. She is very skinny, and underweight.

   Amberkit was born daughter of the Leader of RiverClan and a fine she cat Warrior. While she was more or less healthy, her brother was stillborn and, worse yet, her mother Brightskies died just after Amberkit's birth. Although Amberkit had no real memory of her mother, she was especially close to her father, Silverstar. The first few moons of her life were fairly uneventful; raised by several foster mothers and constantly vying for her busy father's attention, she became quite the troublemaker in her earlier moons. Silverstar loved and doted upon his daughter much like most fathers would, but due to his position he didn't have as much time to spend with her as he would have liked.

II | "Dark Days"
  Amberkit's world changed forever when her father was murdered on the outskirts of RiverClan territory. The young she cat didn't take it well, and for several weeks refused to speak. She was more or less inconsolable, unable to wrap her young mind around the idea that the biggest influence in her life was suddenly absent. When she became an Apprentice, she used her newfound purpose to throw herself into her training. Learning seemed to be the perfect medicine for her and as her confidence rose, she began to act like her usual playful self. She became friends with the other Apprentices and her favorite pastime became pranking Cardinalwing.

III | "Finding Love"

Summary |
    Orphaned at a young age, Amberwood threw herself into her training as an Apprentice. Her lighthearted and playful personality earned her a welcome place in the Clan and it wasn't long before a specific tom caught her eye. As she became infatuated with Cardinalwing, she found and helped raise an abandoned kit. As a Warrior, things looked bright until the Clans became pitted against one another in a huge battle. Terrified at the thought of taking lives and of endangering her Clanmates, she fled with her mate. After several famine stricken moons of lonerhood, she and Cardinalwing followed a fallen star to reunite themselves with their lost Clan in a new territory. However, things are far from well; Amberwood cannot seem to regain her strength, and her many of her Clanmates consider her a traitor. What's more, she's recently found out that she's pregnant, and her health does not make the litter look promising..
