Was supposed to be revising science yesterday but since AnoHana's last episode was coming out on Thursday I wanted to make sure I finished this fanart by then.
The Anime is actually a pretty good anime and by far one of the best storyline I've seen even though it progresses slowly they cover alot of the fields so I suggest you start on it if you haven't.
The Japanese says "Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai" Which is the actual name of the anime although it has such a long name they had to shorten it down. It translates to "We Still Don't Know the Name of the Flower We Saw That Day." Even though there has been no mention of a flower XD

*EDIT*: Damn I just watched the last episode and this anime definitely should deserve some type of major award for a tear jerking experience and excellent story. I mean I haven't cried at all in titanic since I thought that was pretty funny, the only time I remember crying while watching something was Lion King and AnoHana made me cry more than Lion King for 10 minutes straight TT ^ TT
