And yeah I got the suggestions but before I redraw it I want to draw the basic uniforms for all the ranks so I've got some idea of where I need to go when I draw each individual piece.

oh ho, love the ornamentation in her hair, and the use of black dominantly the way you did looks rather stylish. also, love the yellow eye color and the tie design
