It was very long ago that teh Mollz studied a martial art called Kaju Kenpo (a modern Hawaiian hybrid martial system employing bits of Kenpo Karate and Judo). I remember not enjoying kumite very much but I also remember there was always a moment when you knew you were the master or about to be mastered. While working on a picture of a character in development I got to thinking about that and wanted to try framing the scene I had created to express that moment of truth.

Here, the rack focus sharpening on Anzhela as she knocks Boxie out is meant to illustrate the single-minded focus and animal gratification a fighter feels when they best an opponent.
