One of the keys to capturing realism is handling of edges. You have a few areas with soft edges, which is great, but there are a few that are off. The fatty tissue under the brow on the left is a little hard on the left edge where it should be turning away from the light. The naso-labial fold on the left is a little harsh at the bottom left. Beware of making bounce light too light. You could darken that entire shape and it would help. Try softening the transition between your dark half-tones.
The lines around the lips are a little hard too. The lips tend to meld into the surrounding skin more gradually. The shadow cast by the hair on the right of the face is a little too dark. I know cameras see it like that, but you won't see it in real life. Shadows are full of subtleties. The bridge of the nose is shifted to the right when compared to the philtrum. The eyebrows are too solid. Try using strokes instead of filling in shapes.
In your next portrait, try to use an asymmetrical composition so the white negative space is not so equal on either side of the subject. Every painting should have a dominant value. I think if you made the background a dark half-tone or black it would make the highlights on the face pop more and you would be able to lose some edges between the hair and the background.
All of that said, it is still a beautiful portrait and you should be proud of it.
