In late June a new company made there own restaurant/Diner with animatronic charaters. this company was called Neddbears Inc. And made A knock off location of The more popular fredbears Diner location. the animatronic Mascot of there company was also a bear. but not yellow and was just a basic brown bear in a light blue tux with a red neck tie and a, red And white striped top hat with a spring antenna with a yellow pompom on the end of it. he also had some basic grey jeans and held a microphone in his right hand. With this company trying to rip off fredbears it wasn't long until fredbears ent. found out. and William and Henry were not happy. they filed a law suit on copyright infringement, and took the owner of Neddbears Inc. to court. the owner of Neddbears was a young man called Murphy. Murphy lost the case against fredbears and was told to give his charaters to the owners of fredbears, And neddbears was closed and later demolished. The charaters of neddbears would be used in the fredbear Diner location in a new party room and neddbear would be a new star.
