After Len got out of the padded cell, when he got taken home, he became more violent to Rin and other Vocaloids, no medication worked, so the only solution Rin had was to get him lobotomized, so she took him to a surgeon to perform a transorbital lobotomy on him.Then the surgeon made a grave mistake and left Len in a vegetative state, unable to feel, walk or eat by himself, he could only drool all over himself and lose control over his body movements, but somehow his own twin sister is happy that he's all calm and docile...
