Description This is my first attempt at a chibi Pokemon drawing. Stupid GIF image must die. I saved it as a GIF and the stupid colours went all pixilated and stupid. I'm sticking with Bitmap images T.T I made this as an adoptable for my website! I will try to do more chibis in the future-- They're do much fun to draw! ^v^
