This art-work is done form one of my fav anime series Rurouni Kenshin^___^ i was just sooo damn touched by the way Kenshin hugged Kaoru on the beautiful night with the fireflies but yah he forgot to do something n that's kissing her hehehe it would have been almost perfect if he would have kissed her at that time (i was unsatisfies)so in order to satisfy myself i've made this pik Kenshin kissing Kaoru in that night^____^ but Kaoru's Kimono is a bit differentn a bit stylish one^_____^hope u'll liek this work^___^

I think it was just perfect in the anime... I also first missed the kiss but after that I realised they're both too shy to do it right after their first hug... But I hated it that they didn't kiss in the series. So I almost have the same drawing here, just some time after.
But anyway, they're soo romantic, nicely done

What i don't get is why Rurouni Kenshin is called a romantic story IF HE NEVER KISSES HER. (pulling hair out) JUST KISS HER ALREADY. We should start a protesters thing starting with this pic, about renaming "romantic" comedy to not very romantic.

yea, when i saw him grabbing her to hug her i thought he was going to kiss her, my heart went so fast i thought it was going to blow, much to my disapointment, oh well, a puny small no kiss hug is better than nothing... i suppose. *sigh*

I have the director's edition, so I havent seen the whole anime. But I have seen scence that are not in the anime.

I know! Before I thought Kenshin was just anothor anime...but better than the others, but when I found out about Tomoe in vol. 20 or 22, I almost had a tear in my eye! Plus the art work in the manga is absolutly amazing! If the characters are in a sad scene it's like you feel their pain as well, like you just want to tell sorry. Better than other porfessional manga artists!

yah...i thought at first that Rurouni Kenshin was just like other anime series i didn't knew it had Ovas n all.... but when i found that it was so heart paining to know abt Tomoe n about his past that was sooo heart-breaking
