I made it so long time ago, so I don't remember how exactly I did it. And it would be very hard for me to do now a tutorial...
I only can say it's made of few photos and layers in photoshop

hey momka !, greetings from sydney, im the lead organiser of an industrial hardcore band in Sydney. i was wondering if i could ask you of your permission of the usage of this image in one of our designs for the website.
i really think that it is a very well photomanipulated image.
and i would really love to have it as part of our design, either all with the permission granted or not we will be thankful for either decision.
