Alternate title: A thorn family outing in the background
This was originally Red's mentor - apprentice picture but I think I should do one like more like the others, this one turned out a little differently than I had planned for this.
But instead it's Red taking out Slate for a trip around the territory and having the younger cat climb some trees to practice.
And they got up there just in time because just beyond the trees a Thornclan outing just happens to have appeared.
It's Thistlenick and her family out for the day while Needleback is catching a bird who happened to be in the wrong place at the right time.
Red is really ready to catch that poor trainee though.
