Mushroom man, take me by the hand

Hes a zombie due to parasites and the fungus that he got! hes also dumb. besides that! when hes more coherent, he has a hard time speaking and forgets often, but still tries his best despite him dying.

he can grow mushrooms on his body and you can take them and eat them (not preferred but you can, you might get some worms or somethin). You can eat him too, like take bites out of him, but yknow... worms. if you cook parts of him it will become safe to eat!
