All I did last week was watch Kid vs. Kat....I WAS THAT BORED.
So I decided to do fan art for Kat because he's just that awsome!

Uhmmmm. No, its the same pose yes, but its not exactly the same. THEREFOR, Its not art theft. Theres nothing wrong with using the same pose.
And I am well aware =Shivita drew the same pose using Bolt. I used it for a pose reference.
