As pixie-poof noticed, bloody teardrops should be removed for full effect. They look too artificial for the overall impression of artwork!

i love how you fitted her in there... and her expression... the hand reaching out...
however, i think the bloody teardrops seem to be out of place... might be better if you took them out...
still, it's done quite well...
