Valient Venture Via Very Vivacious VaultingFanart for the game VVVVVV! (HERE! [link] )
It's very fun and you should buy it and play it. I wanted to try something different, so I decided to take whatever I could find and tape it (didn't have glue) to a piece of black construction paper I had. It was tedius but fun and I like the result
So yeah, this is all traditional. I used things like foil wrappers, paper, sparkly paper, and festive napkins.ok back to things I should be doing.

Oh god, this makes me want the game even more! The process sounded tedious, but it turned out really well! The fact that it was taped together gives it an almost-3D look. It also captures that "happy house of death" feeling well.
One can only wonder how they stay so happy in that death trap... I think they'd get along with the Karoshi guys.

this is exactly what I needed to see after a few of the rooms in VVVVVV. it's just so happy! perfect to sooth the ragged nerve endings after ~400 deaths to "the final challenge"

its a new independently developed game about 6 little dudes who crash their ship in a crazy dimension and have to fix their ship and escape, you play as one, but they get scattered so you have to find your friends and stuff by platforming. you dont jump, but you can flip gravity upsidedown and back.

Never played this game, but this picture is adorable! The colors and patterns are wonderfully bright and fun.
