So I will say this. Due to her origins, she's not "technically" a Nomu, but she's very much similar to one. Due to the experimentation she underwent since birth, Momoko has a compound quirk that makes her a Nomu along with the scarred up body and vicious persona when her quirk is active. When her quirk activates, her sclera go to some degree of black. If they become completely black, she'll go into a vicious, primal state resembling that of Nomu.EDIT: Fucking hell, I forgot her freckles.
