Pff, this started as a "warm-up" sketch for a Lee commission, because whenever I try to draw that, it looks awful. I still can't get the commission to look right, but I think the problem is drawing feminine looking Lees :/
Anyway, I had the idea for some time to give my Foo Dog Tox a Lee form, and I really like the look ovo
I changed the designe a little as well, and left out the dragon scale markings.... they are just no fun to draw for the time they take to look passable. His hair and tail start as normal hair and end in ether fur

The trick was to just draw it from memory, instead of looking too much at the ref, and fill in the details after the basic sketch o:
