Description This is honestly a rushed piece. I wont be with my computer until next week and I wanted to submit this deviation before halloween. I finished this during my 2 days off. Whew! And as of the moment, I'm losing sleep over this. hehe

In our country, before Trick or Treat was introduced, kids would go from house to house a few days before All Hallow's Eve. They would sing a short song for the "kaluluwa" or the souls and then wait for the owner of the house to give them alms after uttering the words "Nangangaluluwa po!". This is called "Pangangaluluwa".

Now that the western culture of "Trick or Treat"-ing has pretty much replaced the Pangangaluluwa, I thought to myself, since kids go out dressed up as a Vampire, Werewolf, Frankenstein, etc. wouldn't it be nice to see kids dressed up as Philippine Supernatural beings (Manananggal, Kapre, Tikbalang, White Lady, Nuno, etc)?

Now, imagine the "real things" coming up your doorstep asking "Trick or Treat". Creepy.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN GUYS!!
