Description
Marvel has recently hinted to the REAL Mandarin coming to the MCU, and with the announcement of SHANG-CHI, this could be a great way to segue him in while also building up the Agents of Atlas.

For those not in the know and still digging up information, The Mandarin is one of IRON MAN's most iconic villains (tho, he is a product of his time) and he is known for his Ten Rings. Each Ring is a hybrid of alien technology and magic. And these are them. Each are Makluan technologies containing the respective soul of a long-dead legendary cosmic warrior, trapped in a phantasmal state limited by their respective device.

----- RINGS ON HIS RIGHT HAND
Remaker - manipulate matter at the molecular level. Can't transmute elements or affect objects in protective force fields.
Influence - generate and project various beams of concussive force. Energy, Sound, Gravity, etc.
Spin - causes high speed vortex to be used offensively, levitate objects, or as propulsion like flight. Appears as super speed.
Spectral - project atomic/molecular disassembly energy; disintegrate inanimate objects; warp immediate space to ghost.
Nightbringer - summon malleable darkness, using Darkforce energy.

----- RINGS ON HIS LEFT HAND
Daimonic - generate/manipulate various EM energies; can use magnetism to affect people and create loyalty or obsession.
Incandescence - project infrared EMR with the heat of a star; hot enough to warm coffee or melt through anything
Lightning - shoot intense bolt of lightning; similar to Thor's Hammer, and just as powerful.
The Liar - augment wearer's ability to mentally manipulate the thoughts and actions of others; create illusion world to entrap others
ZERO - project icy cold of the void of space, freezing anyone it aims at; makes a vacuum during use, and loud boom when done
In 2014, after the original MANDARIN's defeat, the rings chose the following hosts as the New Mandarins. Each named after a respective Ring's identity:
Remaker: Warlord Lord Remaker .
Influence: A.I.M. clone Colin Sixty .
Spin: French fascist Alec Eiffel .
Spectral: The Dark Elf Malekith the Accursed .
Nightbringer: The Inhuman Vic Kohl .
Daimonic: Fantastic Four villain, Mole Man .
Incandescence: reporter Abigail Burns .
Lightning: A displeased Broadway director who would name himself Lightning Conductor .
Zero: The supervillain Endotherm .
The Liar: Pepper Potts' fiancé Marc Kumar .
