dear god drawing this was insane
i made the canvas much larger than usual to get more detailed which was fun at first but then became hell because paint tool sai started freaking out near the end when i had a bunch of layers in it and so i had to let go of some stuff i wanted to do in the drawing so that i could actually save it so ehhhh there's some stuff i wish i could've done, primarily making the sky in the background look better and making the wings pop out more but whatever maybe i'll redraw it someday with lessons learned lol

anyway aside from that this was pretty fun, originally it was a more ambitious picture with a more detailed background but i decided mona looked better in front of the moon and open sky so i ended up deleting most of it (but the pillars stayed because i liked them)

i like her outfit and her hair too, it was hell to draw but i think she looks cute woo

i went back to that drawing i did a while back with the hair wings because i always really liked that idea, i guess this is now a recurring character design element

mona's getting less and less ghost and more and more fallen angel i swear
