When Raeyr change class to berserker he also would’ve learned iron skin which significantly raise his defense to near invulnerable. but to concentrate he cannot use skills while active.
Or he could switch to a full rage mode which ditch the defense and puts it all on his attack power and speed.

Thinking about it, it kinda means he’s a cross between monk and knight?

Leius is even more interesting ofc after turning into paladin. While having permanent bonus defense is expected, he also learned some magic like heal (or more like, swift regeneration over time - rejuvenation?) and other basic support magic. He can keep you safe AND make you feel better
