its a little difficult.

you have to get a program that lets you convert .png into .ico (icon file)
if you have Photoshop, a plugin is made for this, so search in the help area.
if not, you will need to find specific program, usually simple and only for the purpose of .ico file conversion.

once converted, click the icon you wish to change. find its customization area, which varies on computer type. Windows is under 'properties'and 'customize'
select 'change icon' not 'chose file' in windows version.
all done!

some images may change quality when you do this, so uploading large images before auto shrunt into .ico is best.

ohh uhh, well you download it or right click then save then,save it in your rocket dock icons folder. go to your icon setting and it should be there (:
