I would be proud to be a dragon as well though I do not think the best way to act is to be an ass about it . This dragon does look a bit like a it is pompous as he stands there head held high, and front and back adjacent claws with the tail of course. It is a nice looking dragon, and scales that make me think of a pine-cone nicely done.
