i like this picture. I think the hair should be below the eye bc of the sharp contrast it creates with the iris (the white part?). I like the thumb ring, it kinda makes you think about its significance. I like the direct gaze at the camera..you should also try her looking to your right and your upper right.

I love this one too, but it's perhaps a different sort of elegance? The way your hair is freer in this one makes it seem more of a natural beauty rather than the beauty of perfection in the other shot... take that as you will? It's not meant to be offensive at any rate
