The funny thing is that this could have been a reality.Β Should Ven have proved to be too weak, Vanitas was to become one with Aqua since her light would have been the next strongest.Β That's why at Neverland (or was it Radiant Garden? I forget) he wanted to kill her off: Ven was already strong enough at that point, and Aqua would have just been in the way.
