As the cover of a gaming book, it's fantastic. It has a little sample of everything and really captures the essence of what's inside. I play AE-WWII, and you did a great job on this cover! The first time I saw the book and the cover I was like "awesome!"
My only grimace at it is the gun in the main guy's right hand. It doesn't look like anything real at all. Something that exacting that a lot of people, especially gamers, are going to look at should be done with a bit more accuracy.
Other than that, I love your work! Your faces convey a lot of emotion and communication.
