This was a group pic commission orchestrated by mah best birb Art was by ! The idea is that Jam, Phil, and a bunch of other peeps Jam has yet to share a pic with got doused by a conveniently placed truck of Mutagan that turned them into TMNT characters! I knew I picked wrong time to walk by "Eastman and Laird Street" XD
Jam is Rocksteady, while Pheagle is Bebop.
