8.5x5.something. REALLY crappy printer paper, with a horrible pen. Next time I'm evacuated, remind me to bring my sketch-book.

I adore this comic, the pen can't be TOO bad, because this looks great! Heheh, what a cute octopus, he ain't to bright. P
I use Pentel EnerGel metal tip pens, they are the BEST. You can get three of them in a pack at Staples. I reccomend it.
Wait, evacuated...? Where do you live? Here in CA loads of people are getting evacuated because of the forest fires...

omg i love Pentel for writing and signing things! so freaking smooth! i can't use them for drawing though because i get impatient waiting for it to dry and end up smudging everywhere!

Wow, small world!! I live in Carlsbad and we never ended up getting evacuated, but most of my friends did. One who lives in Temecula sill hasn't called me back, and I'm very worried. 
I use the quick-dry Pentel's, you hardly have any time for smudging!! Its actually frustrating sometimes when I WANT to smear it a bit...

anyway, i just wanted to say i hope both of you and both your families are doing okay (= i dont live in CA, but just hearing about all of that on the news and stuff is really upsetting. my prayers go out to everyone over there!
